Passionate football coach, Martin Roose, arrives Dubai as he continues in his pursuit of developing the next generation of stars across the globe
Martin Roose has taken his desire to support the development of football to another level as he lands Dubai to spread the message of the French football style. The experience football coach with UEFA certification looks set to take on a new challenge in the Middle East, as he brings his expertise and wealth of knowledge to improve the Emirati football.
Football has been described as the most popular sports in Dubai and probably across the United Arab Emirates, with millions of people showing their passion for the round leather game in every way possible. In a related development, football has witnessed a series of evolution and significant growth in Dubai, thanks to the emergence of different football clubs as well as the injection of new technicalities from different parts of the world. However, more needs to be done to develop the Emirati football and help it rank amongst the best in the world. Consequently, Martin Roose is looking to contribute his quota to the development of the game in Dubai.
Martin is bringing almost a decade of experience in coaching at the highest level in France to the table, working with some of the biggest names in the world of football. He has honed his skills over the years, obtaining the UEFA A and passing the UEFA Pro. He also holds several certifications, including Federal Certificate of Athletic Preparation (CFPA) and Sport Psychology Certificate for Professional Performance.
Martin has worked in different capacities as a football coach, including Team Manager and Head Coach – ASBO (Sport Association Beauvais Oise) from 2018 to 2021, Team Manager and Head Coach – GAC (Grandilliers Athletic Club), and Football Coach – FFF (French Federation Of Football) – National Center of Football CLAIREFONTAINE – FRANCE – 2017/2021. He was also the football coach of Olympique Lyonnais and Passion Football Association.
The talented football coach has decided to live abroad, sharing his expertise across the globe and leveraging his amazing communication skills to support the development of young players. Martin’s decision to embark on the Dubai journey is particularly laudable and timely as football continues to witness an unprecedented popularity in the region, especially with the forthcoming Qatar 2022 World Cup.
